We called up and got a Sales Associate ,"Jacob Hudjohn" who walked us verbally through the entire process. Phone call was about the better half of an hour. Finally noticing we were
intrigued he mentioned a 2 day seminar on the entire process from screen to print. I flew to Portland and took the class. It was the best decision I have ever made.
